Effective October 1, 2026, the Louisiana Secretary of State Commercial Division will implement a new fee schedule pursuant to Act 921 of the 2026 Regular Legislative Session. Foreign LLC Registration: $150 to $185
Louisiana Corporation Articles of Incorporation: $75 to $95
